should go up since this is a contrarian indicator - since
80% of all options expire worthless.

Premiums on both sides will be high and probably get a little higher until after earnings. I see this happen a lot, probably because of implied volatility leading up to the event.

Eric, if there were some bad news to come out, and Xyln reports before OCT. option expiry, why should NOV. put volume be of consequence,now? Wouldn't the volume of OCT. puts be of more concern, or the OCT. open interest?
