Chris, I've been watching this one too. You probably won't be able to buy at 3 cents. That seems to be the low end of the MM bid, the lowest ask I've seen is 6 cents, so as long as it stays between 3-9 cents the best you can do is break even at 6. That 200% change is always misleading, since it's the difference in the last two trades but it doesn't show that the high side is a customer buying and the low side is a customer selling. :O( jb3
