I do not know...but I am looking to sell them naked (to acquire more stock) but I do not want to sell into more bad news (especially with the market strong today). I can always sell tomorrow, next week etc..

I do plan to pick up more stock on any significant sell off. I expect a good January rally. One way for the shorts to cover is to sell naked PUTs but you usually see higher premiums only when somebody is willing to pay extra for the PUT position. This is the same case for an option rollover too.

I am lucky that I caught my last purchase at $9 7/8. I just do not trust management (in general) but Xylan's executive group has done a better than average job. It certainly would be nice to see a joint venture or marketing agreement with LU. This would bode well for the future.
