They have 90 days to file, so yes, 10/31/98 would be the day. TPI's been late before with filings, so I wouldn't count on this one being on time.

As for a CC, I don't think they'll have one unless there are new contracts to talk about. Right now, there's nothing to say. I can't imagine Paul wanting to have one knowing the current shareholder sentiment.
