<Bought 20 Oct DELL 55puts @1-7/16 financed from partial proceeds of covered call sales>

Out at $2-1/4 this morning for a 56% gross gain.

Not too keen on holding onto these because time value decay will be rapid with only a couple of days left before expiration.

Leaving the covered call sale ( Oct 57-1/2 calls @2) for now, perhaps buying them back when gap is being filled.

Looking to either add common stock to my core position OR to sell naked puts (Oct 52-1/2s) when gap is being filled. Basically not averse to going LONG at lower prices by capitalizing on falling volatility.

The unprecedented volatility since last Thursday is unlikely to be repeated soon.
