Update from the MAN: Jimm Chin

Folks:
Here is the exact post from Jimm Chin to me for public perusal. After exchanging emails with him, I can go to sleep with my investment.

Investment is an individual decision. I know mine: buy and hold.

Without much farther adieu, here is Jimm Chin to you folks. Cheers, Jimmy!

Happy reading and investing,
Partha

Raging Bull:

Here is my official response:

Dear Loyal  DGIVer:

Recent decline in DGIV share price is not a reflection of the fundamental of the company. We are on schedule with our International Long Distance IP voice business for the fourth quarter. The outstanding deals are being worked on and cannot be discussed and updated on a regular base as they are very sensitive in nature for political and business reason. I know that you
have many questions for me to answer about where we are as a on going concern. Nothing has change from our fundamental objective, only share price of DGIV is behaving along with the general market condition. Once our near term completion of anticipated contracts are signed, the fundamental of the company will provide the reason for a more balance share price. The final decision to maintain your DGIV investment is still yours to make.

Again, I want to thank you for your PM in expressing your investment
concern.
