Hi Mark,
Using P&F I don't see a new double bottom. ASND still has significant resistance at $49/$50 and the only support is down at $34. I think that it will be nearly impossible for ASND to break through $50 in the short term until it is actually in play. And if the market heads to the southpole again, ASND could see $34.
