for this 3 day uptrend to continue we have to keep above 8000 and if we do break 8000 to the downside i think there is a good chance we could close today right were we started...

Try this on for size. The October 30 call closed at 1/2 on Friday. High today was 7. I believe that comes close to satisfying your requirements for expiry week trades?

BTW, per my broker, the Oct 35c closed at 1/16 Friday (probably the bid). Take a look at the high for that option today.
