No reverse split, Raj. Stop propogating foolish and false rumors. I spoke to Mark at the company who reaffirmed there are absolutely no intentions of a reverse.

The only thing that would necessitate such a move is the stock remaining under $1 for 4 months or more. As I said in a previous post, I doubt the Nadaq will be in a hurry to delist even stocks that remain under $1 for 4 months in the current market.

When I spoke to the company last Fri, I asked specifically about a reverse split. Mark said there are no plans for one especially with the Tex news as they anticipate everything working out. I would put that one to rest for now. Plus they really don't want to piss off their shareholders.

Your strong feeling is out to lunch raj. I can name you many stocks which go down after big news, particularly when the release has no teeth such that the average shareholder doesn't understand the significance of the deal. The same thing happened with HDIE and HBOC. RNTK will be fine. They will let the numbers do the talking. Why were people willing to pay over $3 on rumor of the news and now that TX has virtually guaranteed RNTK's future, people are selling under $1. Inexperience and lack of vision. Investors will get rich off RNTK stock IMO. Traders expecting instant gratification might as well dump and leave the thread for other pastures

Raj, there is no need for a reverse split. So many stocks have been beat up that the NASDAQ will not be in a hurry to delist. We only have to have a bid of $1 or better. One day closing at $1 or above would give us another 30 days.
Ask has been at 7/8 or 29/32 most of today.
