2 week rally!.. A lifetime..This was a nice rally, almost 5 hours. It was more than I anticipated. Trading was nice, it had to end. I didn't have to go short until the final 2 hours. I chose my earnings plays and other picks this morning like you chose fine, plump, ripe peaches in a fine grocery.

I picked the 'best fruit' I got so accustomed from the last few weeks of trading to changing trends like picking half-rotten peaches off scrawny vines (i.e. stocks that were beaten down). I got used to trading that way. So when you speak of 2 week rallies, I can't even imagine that. I think the market will give back tomorrow. I waited for it the last hour and it started .. It's funny because I felt more 'at home' buying the puts and anticipating the final trend reversal than I felt going long.

Hi Tunica

sorry for the delay, been out of town all week...

i would be careful of banks/financials they're gonna report lousy earnings...

with the rate cut, they of course will do better on down the road, but i have the feeling more hedge funds will be in trouble as well...Alan G. didn't surprise here for no reason...there's some financial fiasco's yet to be heard from IMO...

won't stop the markets now though...

the techs have been beaten up too, they're cheap....the semis will lead the way....
