Mohan,
Hi!!!

RE: MAXIMUM SPEED: LESSONS LEARNED FROM MANAGING HYPERGROWTH"........Michael Dell....

I thank you so much for this....for some reason....too many projects and messages...I missed this....it is wonderful and something I am printing five copies of....should probably have more for all of the investors up here...
At first it reminds me of the Virtual Integration interview.....but, in a much more simplified and easy to understand manner....so well organized and well put ....if you understand Dell it is a classic keepsake...very reinforcing for those that feel Dell is anything other than undervalued...I find it hard to single out one thing in this document and make an issue of....but, if I had to throw one thing at someone who still doubted Dell is not the next Dell....I may refer them to this quote:

". Along the way, we've learned not to do those things again, and we've often gone from last place to first. Back in 1989, our company made a massive mistake relating to inventory, and now we're regarded as the best in our industry in inventory. The answer is not having a brilliant conception of all the best ideas before you start a business, but rather learning from your mistakes and not repeating them -- and making sure that those lessons are passed along as the organization continues to grow"

Mohan ...Being the # 1 growth company and notice the lack of arrogance....you gotta love that!!

KEEP BUYING DELL....

Best, kemble
