You're wrong, Dreamer...

KCAP *will be* distributing the new Select shares to KCAP shareholders, but has *not yet* done so. I checked with KCAP's IR dept. and that distribution is still months away - and will be in SEC compliancy.

Should you decide to do further due diligence, you'll find that the company is a venture capital company, and as far as I know there are very few venture companies that restrict themselves to only one industry...

Shorters are like tow truck drivers - they provide a service, but no one really likes them. I suggest you take a run at the short side of KCAP if you want, but do us (those long on KCAP) a favor, and keep your short comments to private messaging - I've read your posting history in your profile, and it's quite apparent you're "dirty".
