Paul said, "For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens."
Here is the whole chapter, where you got the verse.

For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:
If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.
For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.
Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit.
Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
We build as individuals and as a race, and the things we build manifests as our bodies and our world. If you want to know what sort of job you have done just look in the mirror. That's what you have
built. If you have poor lungs, they have been broken down by your thought and emotions.
If this is the case and you really believe it, I see no reason for YOU to be crippled and in poor health., Heal yourself.
In speaking of Moses you say:

God's word says:
Deut. 34:5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD.
6 And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day.
