If you are looking for stocks that consistently present patterns, try IBM, DD, JPM, MRK and LLY. I'm not sure why, but they have a tendency to repeat patterns with fluctuations in their given sectors and relative to the overall market.

It takes a little time to get used to their intraday patterns, but I think you will find it worth your while.

The Listed TICK indicator and the S&P Futures often provide good clues as to their movements.
