Frank, you've always been a font of knowledge on this and other telco equipment threads. Can you (or anyone else) please help me learn a bit more about the companies I'm investing in? Everybody always talks about Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 etc. but no one ever bothers to define these terms. What are these levels? Also, companies like 3Com sometimes talk about working at the "edges" while they concede the "core" to Cisco or other companies. How are these terms being used? TIA. Doughboy.
