The only news I have seen for a week is relatively good news! I looked hard this afternoon to find out why the downtick. I guess the message to Nortel is the earnings better come in above guidance. At earnigswhispers.com the whisper is .39 vs. concensus of .38. Maybe there is an upside surprise on earnings. With the gap up in the morning and then steady decline throughout the day I could not bring myself to buy and hold overnight for a trade tomorrow. I bought CIEN instead at 8 9/16 for possible gap up in the morning. Limited downside if it does not materialize.
