I'm with you on that one, Pwstreet.
Very early on in this discussion thread we talked
about visibility. The consolidation was to be a move
in that direction (respectibility, NASDAQ & maybe even
TSE listing).

Peter, any comments?

Hi Pwstreet,

You asked about the consolidation being a
precursor to a NASDAQ Small Cap listing, and
whether or not we're on track. The path to
the Small Cap will take a co-listing on the
OTC Bulletin Board (regulated by NASDAQ) which BCB
is in the process of executing. Our current
stock price is not an obstacle to a BB listing,
but we need a US market maker and a specific
filing. We have just completed the filing and are
in the process of establishing one or more US
market makers. Will fill you in on the timing
when I have more info.

Also have to inform you and the other SI participants
that Peter Vanderlee, who has communicated freely on
this service, will no longer be available as his executive
commitments require his undivided attention. He has
always answered personal e-mail and phone messages, however
and will continue to do so.

For investor questions, please feel free to call me at
416-777-0001 (I've spoken with a number of you) or e-mail
