Leroyt, I read a post of yours on another thread that pertained to this situation w/ class A & B shares. Im just pulling this up from brain dead ram but doesn't the Pennies voting shares out number ours?

Because if ADSL is about to kick into gear and mgmt. knows it and is not sharing it....They could go private at a depressed price and SKREW us out of a lot of money!!!! I would be more pissed if they went private and I was FORCED to sell than if this piece of crap gets delisted!!!
