My only experience with Mr. Greenberg was a stock called YURI, which was taken over by LU last April. Thanks to the courtesy of Mr. Greenberg, YURI was heavily shorted in the low to mid 20s. And it seemed that someone close to Greenberg (read this: James Cramer!) shorted another 1 million shares one week before the issue was taken over by LU with a 20% premium (at 35). Perfect timing! You hit the right key in saying that Greenberg's source have been short sellers. larry!
