This is very true, and I have noted it many times. Being the dumb IceShark I am I usually pull the order and re-enter it the other direction to flip 'em the bird. Actually it ends up working some of the time.

I'm going to hold someone's chestnuts over the fire about a call on tomorrow. -g-

Agree, sold one KEAEE today and watched them bid and ask over my ask price for 20 minutes without a fill. Then at 16:04 (after the market is officially closed while I am on the phone having them call the floor to see what the H$%$ was going on and why didn't they fill me, I suddenly miraculously get filled even though quote.com is showing the closing bid and ask under my price now. I have a feeling both sides scalped some good money on that one. Probably a 1/2 on the ask side and a 1/4 on the bid side. Oh well. That is what I get for trading one that is that thin I guess.

Hope you are right about everything tanking soon. I have a feeling that I left allot of money on the table today closing my calls all out. I just didn't like all the spinning tops and abandoned babies formed on the charts today. Would make nice evening stars tomorrow if the market turns down. Not real turned on by the closing negative 300 TICK either. XRX is in striking range finally for puts and IBM is getting real close too. I want to wait and see what CPQ says first on their earnings release. INTC should give us a clue tomorrow on their release.

Good Luck,

Lee

Before I could cancel, I got a partial fill. But FIDO appears very cunning. Discover, OTOH, does an excellent job at execution!

BTW - Eagle is an American icon. But it is also a hedge fund. Ibexyz says she shouldn't pay for their mistakes! But it's OK if these hedge funds borrow and run-up the stock prices of DELL, CSCO, SAP et. al! -g-
