On September 9, 1998 the stock was selling for $1.687.

On September 9, 1998 a press release stated that,"the first delivery of its Compu-Scan Touchless Fingerprint Capture Device will be by September 10th."

Just four days after that first delivery, the stock dropped to $.718. That is a 57% reduction.

The same press release stated that "The final device will be used to introduce this revolutionary fingerprint capture system to the security industry and the investing public at the 4th Annual Westergaard/Mallon MicroCap Security 2001 Conference to be held at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, September 16th and 17th."

On September 18, 1998 (one day after the conference) DDSI closed at $.395. That is a 33% drop from the previous day and a 77% drop since the product was first shown.

The stock price has dropped 54% in the last 30 days.

That gives me the impression that this product is not as impressive as most people had hoped.

What is your assessment of the product and the future of the company?

Do you think it is still overvalued?
