Leroyt - good comments. I can certainly understand the frustrations, but other than letting off a little steam I don't see what a shareholder would get from a lawsuit, even a if successful - a big "if". After all this is not Intel. This is a non-reporting penny stock.

Well, you are wrong there. I commented on the positive action of firing Ira Monas.

I'm not sure I know of any more "positive" actions... given the company's history of promising the 1997 financials "next week", then delaying them for months on end, I don't consider their "Friday" promise a positive until they actually come out -- in full, of course.

I guess you could consider them admitting to the 1996 losses "positive", though those numbers would not encourage me to invest in the company, and they took over a year and a half to come up with them.

I'm not sure what "headway" you are referring to, given that Randy Malinoff isn't sure whether they are making money or not. I would find that more scary than reassuring.
