maybe martinez & co. are waiting for the stock to hit $1 before they start buying with corporate funds since that seems to be where we are heading - and that's assuming they actually intend to buy anything at all

heck - wouldnt suprise me any if they havent bought anything at all just yet

the situation is truly pitiful - and i no longer know that i trust JMAR management one iota after the swiss fiasco (yeah i know water under the bridge but after having been screwed once by management it'll take much to convince me that they have our best interests in mind) - unfortunately i'm in too deep to get out just now

as for the warrants ? probably some idiot that put in a market order and had a new orifice reamed for himself by the white collar thieves that run NASDAQ

ps - pardon the negativity, just not in a particularly confident mood re: JMAR

It doesn't surprise me that company isn't buying shares. Even if their original intent was sincere (have doubts), they are wise not to blow their money propping up the stock. The market sucks so bad they should forget that approach, and they probably have. I'd rather see that money go into marketing, payoffs, kickbacks, schmoozing, golf contacts and other things that really matter in business.

Richard

P.S. Candlestick, if you don't stop your negativity we'll have to ask you to sell your shares.
