TFSM is a BIGGER DOG than DCLK, that is for sure. TFSM will continue to fall. DCLK will die a quick death. There are many companies(start-ups) in California alone that are coming up with better ideas for online advertising when compared to DCLK. There's even one in my hometown that just received $5 million from a Taiwanese firm(venture capital) to develop a new internet advertising ploy that will blow DCLK and TFSM out of the water. No Joke!! If you want in, they are selling shares for $12,500 each. The bottom line is that there is too much competition for DCLK. They will be obsolete in no time. The only thing keeping them viable is Alta Vista and they are very vulnerable to the loss of Alta Vista. That is main reason for Downgrade of DCLK today. NASDBULL
