A buy-out would be a win-win for AAM and an acquiring entity under today's credit conditions which are temporary and do not necessarily spell a great problem with either AAM or the subprime mortgage industry. AAM carries a lot of good quality paper making them a prime company for a buyout by a strong bank.

I find AAM stock greatly oversold at todays market price. I for one will be adding to my position.
