I am watching IBM. If CPQ reports OK Wednesday, I expect a PC sector bounce. This should push IBM to the 135 range again where I can start layering the puts again. IBM has been good to me the last few months <g>. Also watching MU but want to see how long this irrational strength on repeated earnings losses is going to hold out.

I will be short by Friday's close though regardless. I also like PVN and COF after COF reports tomorrow. Keep an eye on ATI, it has been showing allot of weakness the last few weeks too. It had a nice bounce but formed an abandoned baby today. If the bond puches the market down tomorrow, there will be some nice bearish formations forming all over the market.
