It just seems like a contradiction in terms. We have a checks and balances system. What is censure? I don't like this wobbly term. This is the Executive office of our country but it is not allowed to make a statement or decision without checking with us about its content, and we can delete "innapropriate or illegal verbage." Who is the we? How does this effect the Checks and Balances of the system? This thing is a sloppy bandade and it will create more problems than its worth? Like I said, I haven't seen a definition. I think we need a fully empowered executive department for our system to thrive. Bill needs to be driven from office or voluntarily step down right away. If that's not possible, I don't think we have a healthy system and I'll admit we're stuck with him. But I'm not ready to go along with censure. That sounds more like a broken system. I'd rather see a constitutional convention than that.
