I seriously doubt that the SFAM board would go along with a $16 buyout offer (if that is what you are suggesting). There is no reason for SFAM to put itself up for sale at this time. They are an acknowledged leader in CMP; their balance sheet looks good, and we are closer to a turnaround in the industry than before.
