MIchael, You need to learn how to listen and understand the context of an answer. And I don't need to prove anything to you. Short the hell out of this stock if you're so confident you know what you are talking about. And good luck, as you will need it if all of your information is as good as that little tidbit.

You sure are cocky for a person so obviously wrong.

Michael states >>When directly asked about Keane, by Steve "phony web site" Kaplan. MatriDigm dude responded, "umm, ahhh, ummm, ahhhh". <<

Dear Michael: I am pasting below the section from the conference call transcript where Rich Ormond answers my question about Keane. Can you please point out to me where he says "umm, ahhh, ummm, ahhhh", as I am having some difficulty locating the phrase. It seems to me that you like to make up responses to fit your own personal agenda.

>>Operator: Thank you. Steve Kaplan, you may ask your question, and please state your company name.

Steve Kaplan: Yes, the name of the company is Steven M. Kaplan, CPA PC. I'd like to congratulate you guys on this merger, because I think everybody's been waiting for it. My question is what is the current status of your relationship with Keane?

Jack King: Rich?

Richard Ormond: Our relationship with Keane, I guess, has been in place for, I'd say, three or four months now. And I think—let me give you the general answer, Steve, and then maybe give you some specifics on it.

As I think most of you know, our channel strategy is built upon a number of relationships with companies that we have agreements with. We refer to these companies as technology associates. Keane is one of those.

We have got technology associates that enhance our ability to both sell, market, and support our services in the marketplace. And the 20-some technology associates that we have agreements with provide this kind of support for us worldwide.

Keane is one of those. We're very excited about that relationship. We believe they're very well positioned in the marketplace and believe that we've got a solid relationship today, and we're making every effort to enhance that.

Steve Kaplan: Thank you. <<
