"I hope VTSS can use the opportunity to make a strong statement, even declare buying back some of its shares." #1) What's the cash position to do this? In other words, how many shares could we afford to buy at roughly today's price and would this make an appreciable dent in the float? #2) Even if they were to announce this, it's all the rage these days and I think it could easily get lost in the shuffle of all the other buybacks out there.
