I had trouble parsing this due to the "typo", but I am guessing that
you want a database as easy to use as a spreadsheet -- in any event,
it would be nice if they were easier to use.

I think that the biggest problem isn't the administration, although
even that is very hard at the moment, but just getting at the data.
In any event, if I had to choose between MSFT and anyone else for
innovation in, well almost anything, I would pick "anyone else". So
I would say that ORCL has a better chance than MSFT at making
databases that are easier to use, once they decide that this is
important.
