Tony, you may want to see how HEB trades in Germany overnight. If you don't have access to overseas quotes you can get them through Stock Smart Pro at the following link stocksmartpro.com
This a subscription site, however you can sign up for a 30 day trial by giving them your e-mail address and they send you a user ID and password in e-mail within 5 min. My read on the Asensio post is it will not be good for HEB. But then again maybe old Doc Carter will have a appropiate return. Good luck guy's

HEB is one of the biggest frauds around...Asensio is an a**hole who is too agressive and arrogant but I must concur with him that HEB is adog and wont fly for long ...as a former Stratton Oakmont deal this was one of the deals that Monroe parker was forcing down peoples throats anfd the NY atty general has identified as a hyped up and dirty deal
