Steve, You have rattled the right cage. Back around January, on this thread and the Rambi thread, a bunch of us got into a heated debate about smoking. You will see that I am on record as stating that I do not smoke even in my own home if someone objects to my smoking in their presence--no matter what their reasons. In fact, before posting this to you, I put out my cigarette. <vbg> I hope you too will take a look at Colby's online book and tell us what you think, as I consider you to be among the most reasonable and literate posters here at SI.
