Ten, <Paul's analogy with cars> is silly. A person
buys an exotic car to buy a sense of superiority
in public places - beaches, roads, to drive to parties,
etc. He/she wears it in public, and everybody see
it. On the contrary, nobody cares what crap are you
using to type your messages here - old 486 or else.
No one actually see what you are using; you do not
wear yet a desktop/laptop at a reception or on
vacation. That makes a big difference. You may have
a great "desire to possess" a most powerful x86,
but you cannot get a great public perception from it,
and therefore the computers in their current form cannot
carry the same relative premium as Porsche to
Acura.

Drive carefully.
