I feel sorry for Ralph- everyone is being WAY too harsh. I too thought (before that lovely reversal last thursday) that a retest of 7400 was inevitable and that a failure meant 6800 and possibly lower. But things change in the TA landscape- thursday was climactic- now whether this rally is a fakeout or not, there is no way to know yet. I think it is too early for Ralph to be telling people to go long (bwdik) but almost all my indicators are pointing up and have been since Friday- could see the start of it Thursday. So if we break 8138 to the upside Ralph will have made one Hell of a call. It is probably a good call even if we retest 7400 successfully- it is only a BAD call if we break 7400 and go lower- then people really will be pissed, but I think the odds of that happening are shrinking.
