OT Technical Analysis of Options Just to many variables to consider, I agree that looking for patterns in options is dangerously close to astrology, but it seems to me that the ongoing changes in option prices can represent a poll of those people willing to put their money where their mouth is. It would even be better if there was a way to trace the origin of the transaction (I don't have high dollar access to the stock market, so I am not sure what information can be gleaned beyond the bid and ask prices).
