Eli, China's record for honoring intellectual rights has not been good. If they want to move out of their old communist culture into the modern world, they had better honor our patent laws as well as their agreements. Charles

GRNO deals with China would be a 2 edged sword Eli, I was pondering this same consideration. However, given the alternatives that we currently face, I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth.... <vbg> But I think the danger is low. GRNO's processor still utilizes specialized parts such as the Thermal Oxidizer, which would be difficult to obtain there. Patent news very encouraging from my perspective and certainly gives some measure of respectability to the process that didn't formally exist. Keeping my fingers crossed. Regards, Ron

Maybe if we ever actually sell one of these wonders we could find out. Guess that obviates forever the question about the technology though, huh? Still haven't used my stock certificate. It remains framed and is hanging 27" from the floor, directly across from the crapper. I have made a GRNO-styled major improvement to it, however, which does warrant a press release...
