Hypothetical situation. A company is looking for a jv. Everyone involved in the company says they are actively "searching" for someone to come up with cash and the willingness to a develop a project. Newsreleases have hinted that "discussions" with several "companies" for a possible jv agreement have taken or are taking place. Now, if the company was negotiating with a particular company and publicly disclosed, through a newsrelease, that discussions with a PARTICULAR company were in progress, would the junior have to disclose which company they are negotiating with?

I think so. Now, Epic has not released anything but BS in the last few years to get everyone excited about possible news. And they have been very careful in announcing any progress, if there is any, on the jv front. The fact is, we don't know if they are searching or are in discussions? I can honestly tell you, I DON'T HAVE A F@#!%&@G clue as to what the heck this company is doing. Are they stalling? The financing only tells me they can operate for another few years.

Now, on the positive, if they are in discussions, we are seeing some heavy accumulation of the stocks, but who ever is just nibbling at the asks and making sure to sit on the bid. The stock has been moving comfortably upwards, which is good. I like the way the stock is moving because that indicates accumulation and not hype. So far.

We will see, I AM holding my breath for now. But I am starting to get brain damage from this silly play and the silly people behind it.

Good luck everyone!!! If the news IS good, this stock will fly. Fasten your seatbelts.
