I went through this scenario with a reverse split on an alleged company (Computer Concepts) with even less alleged management on the CCEE board. 30 days under a buck and you get a snotty letter from NASDAQ giving you so many days to "get it up" over a buck (so to speak) or you get the boots off the board. BB aren't subject to the same minimal requirements.

Computer Concepts did a one for ten reverse to avoid getting delisted...which should have happened anyway as it's the most horrible case of spineless management I've ever experienced. They absolutely ignore their shareholders. The CEO has never even issued a letter to the shareholders. What a lesson in humanity that group could take from DCI.
