Do you happen to know the trailing revenues of Packet Engines? I would imagine that Alcatel is paying a lot more than 1 X trailing sales, which is about where the market is valuing MRVC.

Really. They appreciate the importance of datacom. Typical, isn't it, of the larger legacy players? It almost sounds like they have been forced to acknowledge it, and have finally come around to adopting it, however reluctantly. Geesh...
