CDMQ, Bluetooth is a proposal for a short range wireless data interface. This interface could be used, for instance, to connect a laptop to a cell phone. It is proposed to operate in the ISM(Industrial Scientific Medical) band, a low power, non licensed band mainly used for short range data connections such as wireless local area networks. It does not represent competition for CDMA or any other cell phone technology but could become the link for all kinds of devices otherwise hooked together by some sort of data cable.
