Your message was heartening and though anecdotal it may portend more than that. My target is June, 1999 and I will hold on until at least then barring either a big runup or something factually disastrous. Has anyone done any DD by calling various resellers in their areas and working on getting some idea of product movement? TO ALL, maybe we have enough posters and lurkers to cover and report on product movement for a sizeable segment of the country's resellers (GMGC zipcoded list on website.) If you're interested and want to participate just post your area of the country and we'll talk about it. If you think such an idea is worse than spitting into the wind, just say so. Any thoughts?

It is great to see your enthusiasm regarding GMGC! Thanks for sharing your experience regarding the display. I agree with you about the future of the company. I continue to be impressed with the enhancements occurring with my Portico service. And as you know, Portico is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the possibilities GMGC has to offer. I feel good about the chances of landing multiple Carriers as well as national resellers. It is just a matter of time,IMHO. In the meantime we all should stay calm, stay strong, and stay long. Nancy, I was impressed with your statement that Cellular One in Chicago was selling Portico, but when I contacted them, I got the following response. Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding Cellular One-Chicago. We are not currently offering Portico. It maybe available through some of our agents in the Chicagoland area.. I cannot comment as to whether other Cellular One's are selling Portico services or not. The Cellular One name is similiar to a franchise and are not related. If you have any further questions please let me know. Thank you Jennifer Gielow If you look into the Cellular One web site, they take you down through all the areas to contact points in each area. I sent my question specifically to Chicago's group at info@c1chicago.com. Seemed like they should know. What do you think? Is this person uninformed, or are they sampling something that they don't want to talk about? Whatever, it conflicts a little with what you said. Regards, Mark
