Anthony, Asensio has a judgement against him from a trade that went bad on Black Monday 1987. Believe it was for about 250k. DNA originally dug up the suit and brought it to peoples attention when he was recommending a short of their stock. It seems like each subsequent company's longs have picked it up as it it bore some relevance to the company in question. It seems even more specious to say that HEB won a lawsuit or 2 10 years ago and Asensio lost one so that means that HEB will win their suit against Asensio. I'm also not sure why the demise of his previous recs isn't taken into consideration by the folks who want to drag up the past. Oh well, I guess it's always different this time. Just following this one for kicks, I can't find shares to short. Barb

Actually, Anthony, I don't file information in categories in a way to easily answer your challenge. I know what I wrote and I would like to accommodate you, except it is pretty time consuming to go back now and try to find the post or the article where I read about Asensio's litigation history. You may want to check out posts 393, 396, 401, or 411, if you want the background references. The exact court judgement was posted and which I read somewhere, may also be found someplace on the YHOO board, where Asensio's history was a topic of discussion for some time. It may not surprise you that Asensio lost.
