Zeev and Alastair,

Jonathan would like to move on because he seems to be having difficulty refuting the fact regarding the REFR financing. Read my post #980 for a synopsis of the transaction. Jonathan's father Roger called Mr. Harary as I requested they do to clear up any misconceptions on their part. After that call they said they didn't want to talk about the financing any more. That was fine with me as I assumed they had clarified that this deal in NO WAY was anything but a positive one for REFR shareholders.

Then I saw notes on other thread where they were continuing to misrepresent this financing. I went over and presented them with the facts of the matter and added pertinent information regarding the fact that Ailouros came to REFR as did other U.S Funds and REFR CHOSE Ailouros because Ailouros AGREED TO DO EVERYTHING ON REFR's terms. Now the deal is explicit in that Ailouros CANNOT EVER FORCE REFR to sell one share of stock under the Class A warrant and since REFR is flush with cash and about to see three licensees come to market with products that is hardly a scenario for a desperate financing deal as companies who have debt and no alternative must do.

Jonathan has decided since he can't refute the facts that he will attack me and others and try to paint us all with one stroke. This will fail because it is evident that he did not do his homework. He is not familiar with the advances in the technology. People can easily go to outside sources such as Dr. Lampert (notice how he has not done so) to verify the superior nature of SPD and how it will have an impact on the marketplace and NOT just in smart windows.

So Jonathan protestations are merely a mask for his inability to promote his case on facts. He wants you off this thread before you too make fools of yourselves talking about outdated technologies and questioning the advent of SPD technology. Imagine how foolish all your posts will look when forthcoming announcements set the record straight.

I would take his advice if you can't handle dealing with facts. Those who hide behind inflammatory rhetoric which has no basis in fact will soon be exposed, just as other short sellers have been on this thread.
