Silver is up decently tonight suggesting a short-term bottom has been reached. Both CDE and HL appear to be at the bottom of their trend channels and are likely to give trading buy signals tomorrow morning.
Long-termers should be aware that silver hasn't broken out of the downtrend going back to the Feb high. Incidentally, some would see this as bearish for gold because silver often leads gold on major moves (at least that's what they tell me).
