Here's the court order that says nothing about 4,000,000 shares required to be automatically returned, contrary to your assertion: magneticdiary.com 2. TranSecurities International isn't even the TA as you state. Remember your own post? #reply-5903622 They've gone through TAs faster than Clinton has gone through interns, and are now directly helping people out of their wallets without one of those nasty, inconvenient transfer agents to get in the way. Not that you'd care of course, to actually be accurate on any details. oh wait&#151I get it! Court order say; " are enjoined from trading, selling,transferring, assigning or otherwise hypothecating any or all of the 4,000,000 shares of stock in their, or their agents possession AND THAT THE 4,000,000 SHARES BE IMMEDIATELY RETURNED". why can not basher see the entire order? i put it in capital letter so basher can see. it is bad to make investors believe court order is not valid and another trial is required. i only respond to show how bad it is what basher does.
