Frank increased his holdings by 159k shares from 12/31/97 to 10/9/98, a 3 1/2% increase.

Pat, I wasn't slamming Franklin with the Megaburst/6% compensation. I figured that if Megaburst is responsible for the hiring, marketing and sales of the Bosnia network and FNet is responsible for flipping the switches, replacing burnt out units and the billing, it makes sense that Megaburst should get the latitude. FNet probably won't even need to set up an office in Bosnia. Didn't I read that we picked up the system that was developed for $59M and we only paid $150k for it? You know that's a lot of equipment.
