Well, Japan has seemingly been saved from a Great Depression like bank collapse. On the radio here there is lots of negative spin on the deal though. Some are saying banks don't want to participate.

At the same time the Yen appreciation has reduced the pressure on the rest of Asia.

Earnings in the US are expected to be 3 growth percent points above where they were expected a short while ago.

Look at all that good news.

Alex, that's actually a negative. at the bottom people shouldn't turn bullish so quickly. There should be a mourning period, with wailing and gnashing of teeth -g-

Could mean I'm early in picking a bottom and sentiment is not bearish enough yet.
