j rector,

You bet it's insane. Let's assume there is nothing wrong
with DSWLF. DSWLF would show up on the screen of some
funds manager. Thee manager rushes to DSWLF headquarters to
confirm nothing is wrong. He leaps for joy and buys DSWLF
shares like crazy. Who can resist a 20% dividend return
when a company is cash rich and profitable? You heard of the
saying that it's too good to be true? I fear it might be
the problem with our DSWLF. At 6 bucks I sense some kind
of arbitrage is possible if there is no more hidden bad news.
Just who is insane j rector? Us or the fund managers?

Count de Monie

Normally, I would agree that the recent stock price drop would indicate bad news is coming. However, in the current market, this is happening to many small caps for no apparent reason. So it could just be a generic market reaction ("shoot first, ask questions later"), and not anything specific to Deswell.
