Jbe, these sources are a lagging indicator - sort of shows what
already happened. The ticker reveals it first. The ticker went up
significantly for some Russian ADR, like TNT, RNE, VIP, etc. This
could be just a blimp, or could be genuine. As for total collapse -
the Russian collapse in 1997-1998 by far exceed the collapse of the
Dow from 1929 to the bottom during the Great Depression. If this
is not a "total meltdown", what is?
